To remove dead cells and lubricate your skin, try usinga salt scrub. One of my favorites to use on the bottom of my feet is:
2 cups kosher salt
1 cup almond oil (or my favorite coconut oil)
Mix together until it forms a thick paste.
While in the tub or shower, take a handful and massage into the bottom of your feet (you can also use on the top of your feet...would not use this on your face, though). You can massage all over your body. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. This will keep for 1 to 2 months without refrigeration.
