Cuban Sandwiches

I have made these sandwiches several times for different occasions.  They have been a huge success.

Cuban Sandwiches - 4 to 6 servings

1 12 oz loaf of cuban bread
3/4 cup Dijonnaise
1/2 cup dill pickle relish
1 pound thinly sliced deli honey ham
1 pound thinly sliced deli pork
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1 8 oz package swiss cheese
pickles - thinly sliced (I use boars head)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Cut bread in half lengthwise.  In a small bowl mix Dijonnaise and pickle relish.  Spread evenly over both halves of bread.  Top evenly with ham, pork,  tomato slices and cheese.  Cover with top half of bread.  Wrap sandwich in aluminum foil.  Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted.  Cut into slices to serve.  I insert thinly sliced dill pickles after this has baked or you can serve the pickles on the side.
