This the recipe that our friend Peter made. It is great. This will keep for about 10 days. You can store this in jars. Makes a nice gift along with a bag of dipping chips (Scoops).
2 large cans diced tomatoes
3/4 whole onion diced (you know that you can buy this already chopped at the grocery store)
1 bunch of cilantro - Peter keeps this frozen - easier to chop
4 jalapenos (boil)
1 habaneo (boil)
Salt and garlic powder
Put all of this into a blender or food processor...eat with Scoops - dipping chips
