Gwyneth Paltrow has a cookbook out that has a lot of recipes that her father shared with her. It is a very good book. Delicious pancake recipes, too. If you haven't seen the movie, "Country Strong" with Paltrow and Tim McGraw, I recommend it. I thought that she was exceptional in this movie.
